What it Measures

This KPI analyzes all vouchers your agency issued over the past twelve months and calculates the success rate of those vouchers (the number of vouchers used out of the total vouchers issued). It is the percentage of vouchers that result in the household getting housed.

When to Use it and Why

This KPI is best utilized monthly and is helpful in discovering voucher issuance trends within your agency.

Current Refresh Frequency

Monthly: Voucher issuance rates are updated in HIP at the end of each month.

Historical Archive Frequency

Monthly: Voucher issuance rates are created, or archived, at the end of the month.
